Great to meet you!

I am a practicing clinician since 1998 in clinical and corporate settings. My practice is psychodynamic with focuses on interpersonal relationships, personal/professional growth and stress management. I am well versed in the complexities of seeking counseling in relation to professional stressors and have extensive experience working on a telehealth-style platform. My most recent interests have been in partner relationships, balancing family life/career and parenting issues.

My approach to therapy

When we first speak we will discuss what brings you to treatment and any prior history of treatment. This is a necessary part to identifying treatment goals. This process is non-judgmental and a safe space for you to share what brings you to treatment. We will work as a team to identify areas that you seek to improve, formulate goals and ways that you can be empowered to meet these goals. Throughout the course of treatment we will discuss your progress and identify modifications as needed.

What you can expect from me

I see our work together as a collaboration and a partnership. The therapeutic relationship takes time to grow. Respect and openness are essential pieces that we need to offer to each other. My goal for all clients is that they can see measurable progress toward goals.
