Great to meet you! My name is Jennifer Limongiello and I am dual board certified Psychiatric and Family NP. I also have a PhD in Public Health. I've been in the nursing field since 1988 and have worked in a variety of settings. I have a passion of helping people and getting them back to a better quality of life. I hope to meet with you and find out what your issues and goals are.
I specialize in weight issues whether they be obesity, overeating, emotional eating, binge eating. I also work with clients with anxiety and depression due to stress, life changes, and chronic disease. I use CBT to help increase self-esteem and strengthen boundaries. I work with clients on behavioral changes, being more mindful, and motivational interviewing. I use a person-centered approach, because everyone is different. My approach is integrative looking at traditional as well as holistic treatment.
Most people feel better once they are able to get things "off their chest", felt like they are heard, validated and not judged. I look forward to meeting with you via telehealth or in person. Currently I am able to take new clients that live in MA,NH, and Maine. I have an office in Amherst, NH otherwise available via telehealth. I currently do not accept Medicare or Medicaid
