I have been practicing mental health counseling since graduating from Lesley University in 2012. I have practiced in a variety of settings and in 2018 started working with individuals with substance use disorders. I have come to enjoy working in the recovery field and working with individuals and family members affected by a loved ones with substance use disorders.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of evidenced based treatments including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused brief therapy.

I hope that clients can feel that therapy is a safe place to talk and freely express themselves. I want clients to feel heard, validated and empowered.
