Great to meet you!

I am an ADHD, dog loving, quirky therapist who tends to ask and say things like they are, with care and humor. I work with individuals and couples around aging, menopause and manopause, chronic and complex health conditions, sexuality and intimacy, sex therapy, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and EAP or workplace issues that can leave you feeling stuck or off track.

My approach to therapy

Whether you are in a major life transition, living with chronic illness, or feeling off in your body, relationships, or sense of direction, therapy can be a place to slow down and make sense of what is happening. We will explore how these experiences shape emotional and physical intimacy, including shifts in desire, connection, identity, and partnership that may be hard to talk about but matter deeply.

What you can expect from me

I work from a foundation of family systems, sexology, and health psychology, always with a nervous system lens, since many relationship issues are the body trying to cope. I draw from attachment based, relational, trauma informed, somatic, mindfulness, EMDR, ART, experiential, polyvagal, and narrative approaches. In our first sessions, we simply get to know each other, stay curious, and let a pace that fits you emerge.
