Great to meet you!

Maybe you're navigating anxiety that won't let up, depression that makes ordinary days feel heavy, grief, trauma, or relationship challenges that keep resurfacing. With over 10 years of clinical experience across outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings, I've worked with adults facing exactly these kinds of struggles, and I'm genuinely glad to help you work through yours.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing from several evidence-based therapies depending on what fits you best. That might mean working with the connection between your thoughts and feelings, building skills to manage intense emotions, having open conversations about what's really motivating change for you, or processing difficult memories in a way that helps them stop feeling so overwhelming. I value helping clients connect past experiences with present struggles, develop greater self-awareness, and discover new ways of moving forward. I strive to create a supportive space where healing and growth can include both meaningful work and a little humor along the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, welcomed, and heard. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I understand that opening up to someone new can feel intimidating, so there's no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than feels comfortable. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and exploring how therapy can best support your needs.
