My approach to therapy

I provide a non-judgmental space in which clients can be themselves and practice self-acceptance. I combine this with cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused techniques to help clients move towards their values and live more effectively. I am also skilled at helping clients navigate the complex world of (online and offline) dating.
