Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric mental health provider who is passionate about delivering compassionate, comprehensive care across the lifespan, beginning with pediatric clients as young as age seven. My clinical approach is holistic and collaborative, integrating evidence-based medication management with lifestyle modifications, wellness strategies, and a strong encouragement of therapy to support long-term mental health and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I value taking the time to truly understand each client’s unique experiences, goals, and challenges. I work closely with clients and, when appropriate, families and other healthcare providers to ensure care is thoughtful, individualized, and well-coordinated. My areas of focus include mental health assessment, diagnostic clarification, and ongoing medication management, with an emphasis on helping clients feel informed, supported, and empowered in their treatment.

Above all, I strive to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and confident partnering in their mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

We will review your concerns, mental health history, and current symptoms, while also discussing lifestyle and wellness factors that may impact your mental health. Together, we will talk through possible diagnoses, treatment options, and next steps.
