Great to meet you!

If you don’t see an appointment time that fits your schedule, please email [email protected]

—together we can find a time that works.

Additional appointment times may be available beyond those listed.

My goal is to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, feel understood, and receive compassionate, judgment-free care.

I focus on thoughtful, personalized mental health support designed to meet you where you are. As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, I bring over two decades of experience in healthcare, along with advanced training through a fellowship in reproductive and integrative psychiatry.

My approach is patient-centered and grounded in careful listening and clinical expertise.

Your care is tailored to your unique needs—whether that includes focused medication management or a more integrative approach incorporating lifestyle and mind–body strategies. My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident as we move forward together, at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I offer compassionate, patient-centered mental health care tailored to your unique needs and lived experience. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

Using evidence-based medication management alongside therapy-informed strategies, I help you better understand your symptoms and feel more grounded and confident.

Whether you prefer a traditional medication plan or a more integrative approach that includes lifestyle and stress-management support, we’ll build a plan that fits your life.

You deserve care that truly supports you—and my goal is to help you feel informed, empowered, and never alone in the process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we focus on your unique needs and goals.

Before your visit, you’ll complete a few questionnaires to help guide our conversation.

During our first session, we’ll review your history, current concerns, and treatment options to create a personalized care plan together. Initial appointments last about one hour to allow time for a thoughtful, thorough evaluation.
