As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I work with teens and adults to better understand what's keeping them stuck and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients manage anxiety, improve focus, strengthen emotional well-being, and build healthier sleep habits in a supportive, collaborative environment.
