Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT Approved Supervisor with nearly 20 years of experience teaching, supervising, and providing therapy. My work is grounded in a systemic-relational lens, meaning I pay close attention to relationships, family patterns, culture, context, and the environments that shape people’s lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and practical. I help clients slow down, better understand their patterns, and find new ways to respond to stress, conflict, and disconnection. I draw from family therapy, experiential work, and culturally responsive care, with a focus on helping people strengthen relationships and reconnect with what matters.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance to get oriented, share what brings you in, and begin identifying what you hope will be different. I try to create a calm, respectful space where clients feel heard without being judged. Together, we’ll begin making sense of the concerns and discuss a direction for our work.
