Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist dedicated to helping adults manage challenges such as anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. Clients describe me as insightful, compassionate, and practical, and I strive to create a space where your unique path is honored. I completed my doctoral training at the University of Northern Colorado and have since specialized in a range of evidence-based therapies to support meaningful, lasting change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By weaving together these methods, I can tailor treatment to address your specific needs, whether it’s safely facing fears, challenging unhelpful thoughts, or reprocessing difficult experiences. I also integrate mindfulness strategies to encourage self-awareness and help you align your actions with what matters most to you.

What you can expect from our first session

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where I’ll work collaboratively with you to foster resilience, authenticity, and personal growth. We’ll explore practical tools and coping strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence in everyday life. Ultimately, my hope is that you’ll leave therapy feeling more grounded, empowered, and equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs on your own terms.
