Great to meet you!

Hello I have been working for the last 18 years as a social worker, abroad and in the US. I was serving teens and adults affected from different life challenges with themselves, family or relationships and I was honored witnessing the help and positive change that therapy could bring to them.

I developed my experience working with people dealing with different problems, as emotion regulation and communication issues, depression, stress, anxiety and trauma, incorporating new tools and knowledge.

My approach to therapy

I work with a client centered approach, empowering individuals to explore thoughts, behaviors and emotions. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interview (MI), Polyvagal Theory, Mindfulness Based Theory and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprograming (EMDR).

What you can expect from me

An empowering and positive experience in an open and non judgmental space. Exploring deep ideas and emotions about their life, choices and how to change problem issues incorporating new perspectives, behaviors and coping skills.
