She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from University of Phoenix as well as a Master’s certificate in Pupil Personnel Services for School Counseling from Northern University.

My approach to therapy

Ms. Howard has worked with a variety of age ranges from adolescents who are experiencing a crisis or are having trouble in their life journey, to adults. She discovered benefits in community collaboration. Her therapeutic approach is, not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems. We are all in this thing we call life together. Nobody is free of suffering, but maybe the suffering is more bearable when we have a safe place with people by our side.
