Great to meet you!

My experience in the counseling field working with intensive outpatient and private practice clients, among others, has offered me the opportunity to support people from a variety of backgrounds. These shaped me into a therapist who values compassion, inclusivity, and meeting people exactly where they are. I am supportive of the LGBTQ+ community and committed to creating a space where everyone feels seen and respected.

My approach to therapy

I offer supportive, practical care and begin with Cognitive Behavioral and Solution‐Focused approaches, then tailor our work to your unique needs. I use a whole‐person approach including mind, body, relational, environmental, and meaning based approach in order to help you process all areas of life.

What you can expect from me

In our intake session I will share my background and experience to build connection and help you feel comfortable and ready to work on what has brought you in. We will review intake paperwork to identify treatment goals, diagnosis, and expectations for our time together
