Great to meet you!

I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LeTourneau University and started my career at an inpatient treatment center working with the families of our clients struggling with addiction. This experience allowed me to see the severe effects stress, anxiety, and co-dependency can have on our health in every sphere of our lives. I now specialize in working with women who desire to break patterns of stress, people pleasing and burnout that keep them from taking care of themselves and from truly connecting with others.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is working with women who are experiencing emotional, relational, and physical symptoms of anxiety, stress, and burnout. Using approaches like Internal Family Systems and somatic therapy, my goal is to guide you through the process of identifying patterns of living that are no longer serving you. At the heart of my work is a love for connection—I help clients listen to their bodies, honor their needs, and show up in their lives with more confidence and authenticity.

What you can expect from me

In the first counseling session, we will get curious about what is working for you, what is not, and where you want to go from here. We will explore every sphere of your life from family history to hobbies and habits and identify how we can utilize your strengths and interests to make a plan forward that clicks with you.
