I stem from a solution based theory base but am also very eclectic in my approach. I offer virtual and in- person sessions where clients are encouraged to express themselves freely without fear of rejection or judgement.

I believe all people want to feel peace within themselves and a connection to others. There are things that happen in our lives and in our own minds that can interfere with those goals, and sometimes we need the help of an open-minded and supportive person to work through things in order to feel better. I love helping people identify where they are and why, and to determine what they want to achieve so that I can support them as they pursue those goals.

I value compassion, honesty, and emotional safety both in and out of the therapy room and always aim to be genuine and authentic for my clients. I have worked in various settings over my career including inpatient, community outreach, and private practice. I attempt to bring skills and tools from all these experiences to assist my clients with their therapeutic journey no matter where they are at in the process.
