Hi there! A new perspective to old problems can make a huge difference and I love being able to help someone approach a problem in a new way. Adept at treating depression, anxiety, trauma, sport's performance and relationship issues, I can assist you in reaching your goals. I work well with young adults and adults striving to better themselves and are ready to see change in their lives.
I'm a native Texan originally from the DFW area who loves the outdoors and wild things. I was recruited to play soccer at Lubbock Christian University while I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. My junior year I was unable to play as the result of a season ending ACL tear and made a full recovery to play my last year. After graduation in 2019, I moved to Abilene to earn my Master's Degree in Science of Counseling Psychology at ACU. In 2022, I married my husband who is a personal trainer. I have been training to compete in my first DEKA Spartan Challenge this year. In my spare time I like to help my mom take care of her mini donkeys, draw and take care of my plants.

Hello! My name is Victoria Banks. Abilene is my hometown. Growing up I have always believed that mental health matters. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice and a Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology both from Angelo State University. I have always enjoyed working with people and helping in the local community. We go through many changes in life that affect us in different ways. We are all human and have a wide range of emotions which can be overwhelming. Although life can be challenging to manage, we are presented with opportunities to grow.
