Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, and I truly believe that mental health is the foundation for living a fulfilling and balanced life. Reaching out for help can be the hardest part of the whole process, so congratulations on taking this step!

In my practice, I work hand-in-hand with you to reach your goals and help you tap into your fullest potential. Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of working with young children to senior adults, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges. Whether we’re working through a specific hurdle or just looking for more balance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

As a dedicated and compassionate counselor, I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions, and challenges, and be themselves. My therapeutic approach is holistic and client-centered, utilizing evidence-based techniques to empower individuals to gain insight, build resilience, and achieve personal goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session that I have with clients looks like this: we start with an introductory conversation so we can truly get to know one another. I want to learn about your unique history and the life experiences that have shaped who you are today. My goal is to create a warm, accepting, and safe space where you feel completely free to be yourself. I truly want you to just "come as you are."

From there, we will sit down and figure it out together. We will discuss what you want to achieve and then work hand in hand to reach those goals in the sessions that follow. Moving forward, we will be a team, working side by side to make that progress a reality for you.
