I completed my Master's Degree in Professional Counseling at Houston Baptist University. I am EMDR trained and Trauma certified professional. I believe in trauma affects how we make decisions and also how we react to those around us, through using EMDR a person can process their traumatic experiences and begin to make the necessary changes to live their best life.
