Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist committed to helping my clients discover (or rediscover) their potential to live happier and more fulfilled lives. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to assisting clients to reach their goals, and my style of therapy is warm, accepting, and honest.

I have received evidence-based education and specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), anger management, and decreasing criminogenic thoughts and behaviors. I am committed to helping improve the lives of those who have experienced severe trauma.

I will support your journey if you’re ready to take the next step. Feel free to contact my office today. “If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now, and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.” - Masaru Emoto

My approach to therapy

I especially enjoy working with individuals who struggle with trauma, anger, and youth who display behavioral problems . I also partner with and support individuals to manage personality disorder diagnoses effectively. I work with adults and adolescents experiencing trauma, mood disorders, and anxiety and help others deal with the curve balls life often throws unexpectedly.

What you can expect from me

I often use EMDR in my practice as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. During the intake and first few sessions, we will explore the most appropriate treatment modality for you.
