This is my fourth year in the social work field, helping adults, teens, children, and families. I am independently licensed in NC, SC, VA, and OR as an LCSW. I am also a Certified Doula, Perinatal Behavioral Health Coach, Women's Reproductive Mental Health Specialist, and ASD Clinical Specialist.

My approach to therapy

I offer a person-centered approach to all of my clients. Every person is unique. So, your therapy experience with me will be the same way. I take a holistic health mindset approach, integrating multiple aspects of life to improve your mental health.

What you can expect from me

I love working with women who are truly seeking lasting change. I have worked with people from ages 5-90 from a variety of backgrounds. I have specific training in perinatal and maternal mental health, autism, ADHD, religious trauma, complex trauma, infertility, adoption, substance use, anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, child and infant loss, LGBTQIA+, and holistic health integration. I am also a lived-experience provider.
