Great to meet you!

When life gets bumpy, it's nice to have a copilot helping you navigate the turbulence. While many of us have informal supports in our lives, it can also be nice to have an impartial sounding board in your corner. This is the approach that I like to take with my clients -- walking along side them in support, when things get tough. And also wanting to be a part of the joy!

I have a long history of working with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. It is also important to me that I am checking in with my clients to make sure that our sessions are holding the right focus and meeting their needs. If you're going to do the work to show up, I also need to be accountable in supporting you in the way that works best for you!

My approach to therapy

My clients can expect a uniquely tailored approach. I am a humanistic, person-centered clinician who believes in the power of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to meet clients where they're at and support them in an individual way for their specific needs.

What you can expect from me

The first session can often feel daunting, especially when a stranger is asking you intimate details about your life! I often refer to our first appointment as getting a "bird's eye view", as I am trying to gather many small details about all aspects of your life. As our work evolves, we can then zoom in on the areas that feel most salient.
