Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults through telehealth. My training includes CBT, somatic therapies, and trauma informed care. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, identity questions, and major life transitions. My style is practical, collaborative, and grounded in helping you understand both your thoughts and your nervous system.

My approach to therapy

I take a structured yet flexible approach that blends cognitive and body based work. We look at patterns in thinking, behavior, and emotional responses while also paying attention to how stress shows up physically. My work focuses on building insight and usable skills so change feels realistic, not overwhelming. Therapy with me is goal oriented, supportive, and paced in a way that respects where you are.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to slow down and begin making sense of what brought you in. We talk about what is not working, what you would like to feel different, and what meaningful change might look like for you. You can expect a calm, non judgmental environment where we begin identifying goals and next steps together.
