With 17 years of dedicated experience in social work, Masters in Social work, and licensed in 4 states. I have built a strong foundation supporting individuals within hospital-based settings, and collaborative care outpatient. My work has focused on helping clients navigate complex emotional, medical, and social challenges with compassion and practical guidance. I am deeply committed to fostering meaningful connections and creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I have a genuine passion for improving mental health and enhancing day-to-day functioning, working collaboratively with clients to develop realistic strategies that promote stability and well-being. Through my experience, I’ve developed a balanced approach that combines empathy with effective problem-solving, always aiming to help individuals achieve greater independence and a higher quality of life.

Your first therapy session is an opportunity to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. During this session, your therapist will focus on gathering information about your background, current concerns, strengths, and experiences to better understand what brings you to therapy. Together, you will discuss your goals, identify what you hope to achieve, and begin creating a plan that fits your unique needs. There is no expectation to share everything at once—the first session is about establishing a connection, asking questions, and laying the foundation for a supportive and collaborative therapeutic journey.
