Great to meet you!

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and sacred space where you can show up fully as yourself. I believe healing begins in relationships rooted in trust, nonjudgment, and acceptance. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, and I’ll meet you with curiosity, presence, and respect for your lived experience.

Therapy with me is an invitation to slow down and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we’ll look at what may be getting in the way and work toward greater self-understanding, grounding, and alignment with your values. My role is to walk alongside you as clarity, growth, and self-trust unfold over time.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic, person-centered approach, blending tools like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to meet you where you are. My style is grounded in authenticity, compassion, and a little humor—because healing works best when we can be real with each other.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting, supportive relationship. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating space for your story, your concerns, and what brings you to therapy. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.

Our initial work will focus on building rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance, as feeling understood and safe is essential to meaningful growth. Together, we’ll begin identifying what feels most important right now and clarify your hopes and goals for therapy. I hope that you’ll leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and a bit more grounded—knowing this is a space where trust, connection, and growth can develop over time.
