Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I work with adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or patterns that no longer feel helpful.

My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable. I recognize that every person's experiences, strengths, and needs are different, so I tailor therapy to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a supportive environment where you can explore difficult emotions and experiences while also developing practical tools you can use outside of therapy.

Depending on your needs, our work may focus on understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors; strengthening emotional regulation and coping skills; improving communication and boundaries; and developing greater self-awareness and confidence. I use a trauma-informed perspective and believe therapy should balance insight with practical strategies that help you move toward the life and relationships you want.

I will meet you where you are while also gently challenging you when doing so may support your growth. Therapy is a partnership, and we will work together to identify goals that feel meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. I will ask about your current concerns, relevant experiences, strengths, support system, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you arrive, and you will never be expected to share more than you are comfortable discussing. My priority is to create a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin at your own pace.

By the end of the first few sessions, we will work together to identify your primary goals and develop a direction for therapy that reflects your needs, priorities, and personal strengths.
