Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate mental health professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, complex trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I use evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, lasting change. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and improve their overall well-being. I have a special interest in helping clients strengthen emotional wellness, foster self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel safe, heard, and supported, so I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be holding you back, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. I integrate evidence-based approaches, while recognizing that every person's journey is different. My goal is to empower you to create meaningful, lasting change and improve your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is most successful when it is built on trust, collaboration, and open communication. A strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful growth, allowing you to feel safe exploring difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Progress also comes from a willingness to be honest, curious, and engaged in the process, both during sessions and by practicing new skills between sessions. Therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about working together to better understand your experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies that support your goals. My role is to provide guidance, evidence-based tools, and encouragement while meeting you where you are and supporting your progress at a pace that feels right for you.
