Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor, I believe everyone deserves an opportunity to process, a space to feel safe in, and relationships to heal through. Going to therapy can mean many different things, but it's my goal to make it meaningful for you. My specialization in EMDR for PTSD and ERP for OCD has strengthened my understanding and appreciation for how nuanced our nervous systems are. This insight resonates and assists my work with women aged 20-50 experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, and relational challenges.

My approach to therapy

My empathetic, curious, and at times, humorous approach, combined with my training, specialization, and experience, enables my work to be completely individualized. Once we decide to work together, we'll curiously explore your life, stressors, strengths, and supports to gain insights, build skills, and approach challenges. Let's discover ways of building a life experience that feels authentic and genuinely healthy for you.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where we discuss your goals, current or ongoing challenges, experiences, questions, hopes, and our approach. I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for all that we do in sessions and strive to build an alliance you experience as safe, respectful, open, and empowering. As we build trust and explore where we're going, we will collaborate in sessions after to make your goals your reality.
