Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based, helping clients reconnect with their internal wisdom and resilience. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions.

My practice is a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I will meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want to create.

If you're ready to begin this journey, I’d love to work with you!

My approach to therapy

Clients can expect sessions to support a deeper understanding of their internal world, greater self-compassion, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we will explore and build relationships with the different parts of you—especially those carrying pain, fear, or protection—so you can move toward healing with more self-leadership and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Each session is a collaborative process, and my role is to guide and support you in rediscovering the strengths and wisdom that have always been within you. From a strengths-based perspective, sessions will highlight your resilience, innate wisdom, and capacity for change. Rather than focusing solely on what feels "wrong," we will recognize and build upon what is already working, uncovering your unique strengths and capabilities.
