Great to meet you!

**I may have availability other than what is shown on the calendar, please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly to schedule a consultation call - [email protected] :)

I work with individuals, helping them manage many issues through their time of growth.

Over the years, I’ve helped adults heal unresolved wounds from childhood; achieve greater self-awareness and self-esteem; improve relationships with partners, family, friends, and co-workers; and make life-enhancing choices to help improve everyday life. I also support parents navigating the many challenges of parenthood, including blended families and adoption issues.

My approach to therapy

Firmly believing there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling, I work from a relational perspective, using a variety of theories and practices.

Specializing in the field of trauma and grief, I have received advanced training in EMDR, Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP), & Somatic Experiencing, which supports my work in the areas of complex/developmental trauma & stress.

We will work collaboratively in a safe and supportive environment to help facilitate change using your own inner resources.

What you can expect from me

We all have the power and ability to make positive changes in our lives to grow and learn, sometimes we just need help finding our strengths to do so. Together we'll explore your goals, engage your personal potential, and find your own unique solutions to the challenges you face. We’ll discover ways for you to go beyond just surviving and into thriving!

Each of us has our own unique story and experiences. It's a privilege and honor when individuals choose to share their stories with me.
