Great to meet you!

Imagine having a safe, sacred space where you can truly face your challenges, come undone, and begin healing. In the space we co-create, I can help you identify the core issues in your story and rewrite the script of your life to align with your path. I work with individuals and couples to mend broken pieces so they can live free, live healed, and live whole!

My approach to therapy

I use a process called “rootwork.” Adverse childhood experiences planted seeds in your life. Recurring painful and challenging experiences watered and fertilized those seeds, helping them grow. As these seeds developed into the issues you face today, roots took hold, making this tree sturdy. My therapy approach helps us identify these seeds and remove the roots that keep you stuck in unhelpful thoughts and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

It’s helpful to get a clear sense of where you are, how you arrived here, and what steps might help you move forward. During our first session, we'll explore your needs and goals together and carefully craft a relationship that feels welcoming and safe. We'll also discuss how we both want to show up in that space, ensuring it’s comfortable and supportive for you.
