Great to meet you!

***Currently, not taking couples*****

We are so connected that we are disconnected from the people who mean the most to us. As a Licensed Therapist, I assist people to heal their relationships even when their spouse does not attend sessions. I help you create the relationship you want with yourself, your partner, your child, your family, and/or work relationships. I do this using evidenced-based therapies while remembering the person seeking relief. We co-create the future you’d like to have and help you to continually grow.

My approach to therapy

I use evidenced based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy and, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy while always employing a humanistic perspective, so that the person and what is important to them does not get lost in theories and therapeutic structures.

What you can expect from me

Expect to have some form of homework to facilitate the change that you want. What happens in therapy is just the beginning. Sustainable progress occurs through implementation in real life.
