I’ve spent the 16 years supporting individuals and families through all sorts of experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. Therapy with me isn’t about judgment. It’s about making space for your story, sorting through what feels overwhelming or find strategies that help you feel more steady and in control.
I specialize in anxiety, perinatal mental health, ADHD, and executive functioning. I am certified in the CBT+ model by the National Center for Evidence-Based Practice. I also draw from CBT, ACT, and Person-Centered Therapy.
