In my role as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I am honored to provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, medication management, and solution-focused therapy for a diverse population of those struggling with mental health challenges. My goal is to help individuals on their journey to improved mental well-being and overall quality of life.

My practice is rooted in a holistic understanding of mental health, addressing not only the symptoms but also the underlying factors that influence mental well-being. While I do feel medication is at times clinically indicated, I tend to utilize a range of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and nutritional and lifestyle modification guidance in a way that provides goal-centered patient education to address your unique needs and challenges.

I am dedicated to establishing a therapeutic and friendly partnership with my patients by fostering an environment of trust and open communication. I deeply enjoy teaching, and I feel that patient education is an important part of my role as a provider. Clients should expect to openly and honestly evaluate their lifestyle and relationships, consider factors influencing their mental health, and set specific goals to improve feelings of joy and fulfillment.
