I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I went to the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, where I graduated with a BA in psychology and communication studies. I received a Masters in Counseling from Campbell University. Methods I use include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused, reality, and person-centered. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, anger issues, family conflict, etc.

I am laid back, and work to ensure my clients are comfortable. So my communication is done in a way to accomplish that, as we work to build a therapeutic relationship.
