Kristine Catalogna

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across a variety of settings. I hold a Master's of Social Work from Salem State University and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Education from the University of New England. My work has focused on social-emotional health, crisis intervention, and collaborative care, with a strong foundation in culturally responsive and strengths-based practices.

While my background includes extensive work with youth and families, I also support adults navigating stress, life transitions, anxiety, and interpersonal challenges. I bring a thoughtful, collaborative approach to therapy, grounded in practical strategies and a deep understanding of systems and relationships.

Clients can expect a welcoming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment in our first session. We will spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, exploring your current concerns, and identifying your goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and supports, while also answering any questions you may have about the therapy process. Together, we will begin to outline initial goals and discuss practical next steps, with a focus on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
