Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm glad you're here! I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience in both individual therapy and in-home addiction treatment.

I’ve worked closely with people navigating their relationship with substances, as well as managing life stressors, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, compassionate approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and helping them build insight, coping skills, and meaningful change at their own pace. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support, I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your current challenges, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together.

We’ll also begin identifying goals and exploring patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My aim is for you to leave our first session with hope, motivation, and a clearer sense of direction for moving forward.
