Great to meet you!
I work with adults and relationships, particularly people whose identities, experiences of the world, or ways of relating don't always align with conventional expectations. I especially enjoy working with queer and neurodivergent clients, and consensually non-monogamous relationships.
I'm drawn to the questions that emerge when the way we've understood ourselves, our relationships, or our lives begins to shift. Who am I now? What do I actually want? What still resonates, and what have I inherited or outgrown? I'm especially interested in the space between the life we thought we wanted and the life that actually feels true to us.
Questions of identity and belonging have followed me throughout my own life and eventually found their way into my work. As a queer, Latina, and neurodivergent therapist, I bring lived experience of questioning the usual scripts around identity, belonging, relationships, and what constitutes a meaningful life.
I became a therapist because I was drawn to the complexity of how we become who we are—and what happens when parts of ourselves seem difficult to reconcile with the lives, relationships, or communities we inhabit. Over time, I've become especially interested in the ways we adapt in order to belong, and in the enduring question of how we remain connected to others while living as the truest version of ourselves.
