I’m a licensed clinical social worker and a Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with their true selves. My approach blends evidence-based trauma modalities with deeply intuitive work that gently clears ego-based patterns and awakens the inner wisdom you’ve always carried.

I earned my Master’s of Social Work through U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence and earned my independent license (LCSW) through active duty service in the Army.
