Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Leslie.

Do you often find yourself overwhelmed by the demands of a busy life? Maybe you feel like something is "off" that you cannot quite identify. You may feel disconnected and experience frequent low moods. You might be someone who has been diagnosed or self-identified as neurodivergent, or you may be raising a neurodivergent child and feeling lost in coping with your feelings about how to navigate that challenge. You might be stuck in (or exiting) a romantic relationship that does not serve you, but you are struggling to find your path forward. Whatever the source of your anxiety, I am here to help!

I support individuals across a spectrum of ages and circumstances to understand how to find their footing in their daily lives.

Congratulations on taking the step to seek support through therapy. l look forward to working together!

When you meet with me, you will hear "real talk" grounded in evidenced-based techniques. Together we will discover a path to a more manageable daily life that fits your specific circumstances. I use a unique person-centered behavioral approach that is affirming and includes action steps to access change.
