Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is rooted in the believe that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is key to a meaningful process. Starting therapy can feel daunting, but it’s a beautiful and courageous step towards self growth. I specialize in trauma and individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I have a lot of experience working with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals going through the immigration process.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to fostering a space where openness is welcomed and your unique journey is honored. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of your experience with the shared goal of moving towards the future you envision. I’m here to support you in every step of this collaborative process.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a session that gives us both a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions, but you’re in control and can stop at any time. I also encourage people to ask me questions too! It’s your journey and I want to empower you to make sure you’re getting what you need. I strive to make a safe environment that allows you to explore what your needs are and together we’ll work towards your goals.
