Great to meet you!

My name is Lindsay (Moan) Weber and I am licensed as a clinical social worker (LCSW) in Maine and North Carolina. I have been in the field for approximately 8 years, working with children, families, teens, and adults to help them understand their needs with focuses in depression, trauma, anxiety, and attachment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to meet you where you are at - you lead the way, and I'll help you find direction. My skillset includes art therapy and narrative therapy, which can give space for creative problem solving and imagery to help connect therapeutic concepts to your own personal hobbies and joys. We'll set goals together and explore what makes you more than just your struggles/experiences.

What you can expect from me

Everyone is in charge of their own story, but sometimes we get lost and lose sight of where we're going and who we want to be. My hope is to help support you by reflecting and exploring the challenges you face, and strengthen your skillsets to tackle whatever life brings to the table. Let's find out together what kind of character you hope to be in your story!
