Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in New Hampshire and Maine with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a specialization in addiction. I provide telehealth therapy for teens and adults, supporting clients with a range of clinical concerns and specializing in anxiety-related disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I aim to create a space that feels safe and accepting. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself as we explore what’s been holding you back, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I incorporate evidence-based practices to guide our work, helping you develop insight and skills to support your well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin developing awareness of the patterns that shape your life and explore strategies that support both immediate coping and long-term growth. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting - therapy is a process, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
