Great to meet you!

Does your adolescent feel overwhelmed by big emotions like anxiety or depression, or struggle to navigate school days with ADHD or autism? You might notice them shutting down, feeling disconnected, or struggling to build positive social connections with peers. Navigating all of the changes that are happening for them can be confusing and at times isolating.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, active, and tailored to the unique pacing of adolescent development. I strive to help youth identify their stress triggers, challenge negative self-talk, and learn practical problem-solving skills. We focus heavily on emotional regulation and building authentic self-confidence. My professional background includes intensive frontline experience in child welfare family systems, alongside extensive clinical work supporting students within elementary and middle school settings.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, warm, and proactive space where young people can make sense of their experiences, process their stress, build lasting coping skills, and rediscover their inner strengths.
