Great to meet you!

I’m Lisbeth Greist, LCSW, and I specialize in providing client‐centered, affirming telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults. My practice is grounded in warmth, openness, and a commitment to creating a safe therapeutic environment where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Whether you are managing anxiety, depression, trauma, or seeking to enhance your emotional resilience, I offer evidence‐informed support tailored to your needs. Telehealth sessions provide flexible access to care, allowing you to prioritize your mental health in a way that aligns with your schedule. Together, we can work toward meaningful, sustainable well‐being.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed clinical social worker committed to providing compassionate, evidence‐based care. My personal experience as a mother and partner to children with complex health needs deepens my understanding of the emotional weight many families carry. Through telehealth therapy, I offer expert support for diverse mental health conditions, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can process challenges, strengthen coping skills, and pursue lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a welcoming, collaborative space where you can feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I bring a compassionate, grounded approach informed by both clinical expertise and personal experience navigating significant health challenges within my own family.

You’ll be invited to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore your concerns, clarify your goals, and begin outlining what healing and growth might look like—whether that involves reducing stress or anxiety, strengthening coping skills, or finding greater clarity and balance.

As a telehealth therapist, I create a calm, safe virtual environment where meaningful work can happen from the comfort of your own space. Clients often leave the first session feeling validated, more grounded, and clearer about their next steps.

My mission is to offer a space where challenges are met with empathy and hope, supporting you as you build resilience and move toward meaningful change.
