Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Lori Aaron-Brass. My intention is to create an environment where you feel comfortable to explore your problems without being judged. In my counseling practice, I strive to help people gain self-understanding and develop a stronger sense of well-being and life satisfaction. My goals are to help you better understand your problems, identify obstacles to attaining your personal goals, and support you in the process of making positive changes in your life.

I especially love working with women who are finding themselves and navigating transition with children, partners, parents, work and other life changes. There are stressful times that can significantly impact our mental health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I am straightforward and caring. I am a seasoned provider with lots of professional and life experience to get to the root of the issue and empower you to make the changes you desire. I use a variety of methods and tools that I have honed and found helpful for many individuals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will get to know each other and you are welcome to ask me question about my experience and style. I am eager to learn about you and what brought you to the place you are at in your life and what you are looking for from therapy. Together we can make a plan centered around your goals.
