Great to meet you!

I believe recovery is about balance and learning to live life wholeheartedly and having the courage to just be YOU. As Brene Brown wrote in The Gifts of Imperfection, “Here’s what is truly at the heart of wholeheartedness: Worthy now. Not if, not when, we’re worthy of love and belonging now. Right this minute. As is.” I invite you on the journey with me to explore your wholehearted, guilt free, shame free beautiful version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I support adult individuals and couples within the context of CBT, EFT, DBT, and systems theories. Relationships, addiction, codependency, anxiety, depression, trauma, first responders, helping professions, and veteran concerns are some of my specialties.

What you can expect from me

My passion is to guide others on the journey of recovery towards healthy and fulfilled lives. I help guide clients down the path to healing by providing a non-judgmental and caring presence. We all need someone to be present, to listen and empathize with, and provide gentleness.
