I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist with over a decade of counseling experience in a variety of environments. I am an LGBTQ* and neurodiverse celebratory therapist! I have always been drawn to hearing people's stories and want to know all about you-what are your passions? What are your stressors? How can we get you where you want to be? I firmly believe that everyone possesses both resiliency and a unique spark that makes them who they are. I love to help people find their strength and spark.

Sometimes life throws us curveballs. It can be difficult to get back on track, and to process the transition. Everyone can benefit from a safe, supportive, empathetic space and companion. I utilize a strengths based perspective and take an eclectic approach in helping you overcome any obstacles that may arise. I am not a 'sit there and nod' type of therapist, sessions with me are interactive. I am gentle and kind, and I will call you on your stuff...in a kind way :-)

In addition to providing a dedicated space and time to verbally process, it is very important to me to equip my clients with evidenced based tools to help address anxiety, ADHD, anger, and other issues that arise. We will develop a personalized treatment plan to address your hopes and goals.
