My approach to therapy

I employ a variety of treatment approaches, such as Family Based Treatment (FBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Adolescent Focused Therapy (AFT), and Trauma Therapy. I am experienced in working with young adults, teenagers, and adults.
