Great to meet you!

Interpersonally, a client coming into session with me can expect to encounter a warm, compassionate, and encouraging soul who has a dry sense of humor and tends to address problems straightforwardly. I listen to client preferences and can let them lead when they prefer to process in a certain manner.

My approach to therapy

Clinically, any potential client of mine should know that I have an eclectic framework. I practice CBT, ACT, TF-CBT, ABA, solution-focused therapy, and structural and strategic family therapy. I love learning about neurobiology and the effects that stress has on the brain.

What you can expect from me

I believe that all people are inherently endowed with immense value and are required to be treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I believe that with information and perspective, anyone can make better, more informed choices to live their lives fully.
